Terms and conditions

After we have got your application, we will go it through and define your language skills level. If we get enough participants for your language level group, we will accept you to the course and send the invoice to you. The registration is always binding and after registering the following terms apply:

• For our summer courses: cancellation is free of charge by end of May. 
• If the cancellation is made over 14 days before the start of the course, 20% of the price of the course will be billed as a cancellation fee. If the cancellation is made after that, the whole price of the course will be billed.
• The cancellation is to be made by e-mail (kesayo@jyu.fi). We do not accept cancellations by phone or text messages.
• Not paying the course fee is not a cancellation!
• Please note that the course fee can only be refunded to the payer’s bank account within the SEPA area.
• All participants must have a valid travel- and health care insurance. Summer University of Jyväskylä does not handle insurance matters.
